Trail Description Three Barns is located on 1,000 acres of wooded hills and open prairie in southeastern Kansas. This is a new facility catering to those who want to ride their own horses and experience Mother Nature at her best. Our website thethreebarns.com gives information for the trail rider who enjoys beautiful countryside and a variety of trail options.
Best Time to Visit open all year, 24 hour reservation required.
Times to Avoid
Campground Presently primitive campgrounds. Two showers and three nice restrooms in main barn. Six stalls in barn for stabling. Electrical hookups for campers.

Directions From Wichita go east on Hwy 400, turn south on 99 Hwy. At Juction of Hwy 99 and Hwy 166B, just west of Sedan, turn right. Turn right on the first road which is Junction Rd. Three Barns is located at the end of this road.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
